The CSSC Operations staff is available Monday – Friday 8am to 7pm ET, with the exception of our corporate observed holidays.

Note: Scheduled holidays occurring on Saturday will be observed the preceding Friday, and holidays occurring on Sunday will be observed the following Monday.
The Front-End systems are available for submission of risk adjustment and prescription drug data 24 hours a day, 7 days a week regardless of the holidays. The only exception would be from 5:00 PM EST - 10:00 PM EST on Sunday when the systems and equipment are routinely maintained.
